Placing a TGR member or divisional member in a cell.
Legal framework for the enforcement of military and civilian sanctions of the Galactic Republic.
This guide governs all arrest powers of the Coruscant Guard (CG). Any arrest not covered by this document is illegal. In case of abuse, an RI ticket must be opened with supporting evidence.
All other divisions of the Republic Security Force are prohibited from enforcing the law and may only use their cuffs in accordance with KILO-0.4.
Five intervention types based on the nature of the offense
Placing a TGR member or divisional member in a cell.
Placing a civilian or immigrant in a cell.
Handcuffing and moving the offender to a designated location.
Authorized termination of the offender.
Placing a raider in a cell outside of authorized raid periods.
Incarceration of TGR Personnel · Applies to TGR Members & Divisionals
Any TGR personnel of rank Corporal or below who refuses to take their post after 3 warnings.
Any TGR personnel of rank Trooper or below who enters the booth after 3 warnings.
TGR or divisional member impersonating a divisional personnel.
1 prior warning required
TGR or divisional member who has randomly killed an immigrant.
An attempted RK alone is not an arrestable offense
TGR or divisional member who has killed a TGR.
An attempted TK alone is not an arrestable offense
TGR or divisional member who has attempted to eliminate or eliminated a Divisional, Officer, HICOM, or LED.
Member using their clearance to allow lower ranks or immigrants into a restricted area.
1 prior warning required
Divisional or TGR member using grenades for a mass kill.
In-game discrimination of any kind.
TGR or divisional member who has disrupted a divisional event after 3 eliminations.
TGR or divisional member who has disrupted an official TGR event.
1 prior warning required
TGR or divisional member refusing to move away from a VIP after 3 eliminations.
Divisional or TGR member exploiting the game (bug exploit, script, cheat).
Collect evidence for ban report
TGR member organizing a fake event.
Member who has intentionally killed a handcuffed person.
Any person under an arrest order (AOS).
Exception: during an event, VIP escort, or divisional event
TGR or divisional member interfering with another division's functions.
1 prior warning required
TGR or divisional member refusing to leave the bridge after a warning.
TGR or divisional member entering a restricted area after 3 eliminations.
If the zone is restricted to CG, temporary entry is authorized to carry out the arrest
TGR or divisional member who has killed a Republic Intelligence member.
If the offender holds a legion position, they are warned or kicked from their division
Incarceration of Immigrants · Applies to Civilians & Immigrants
Immigrant exploiting the game (bug exploit, script).
Collect evidence for ban report
Immigrant who has killed a handcuffed person.
In-game discrimination of any kind.
Immigrant engaging in spawn killing (preventing any exit from the spawn room).
Immigrant under arrest order (AOS).
Immigrant entering a restricted area after 3 warnings.
Immigrant who has killed a Republic Intelligence member.
Cuffing & Relocation · Applies to TGR Members & Divisionals
Move a TGR member of rank Corporal or below to their post after refusing to comply with an order.
Move a TGR or divisional member off the bridge after a verbal warning.
Move a TGR or divisional member to the correct location during an event.
Guarding personnel moving their VIP to safe zone during a raid.
Authorized Termination · Applies to TGR Members, Divisionals & Immigrants
Terminate a TGR or divisional member entering a restricted area.
If the zone is restricted, immediate exit is required after the elimination
TGR or divisional member disrupting a divisional event.
Immigrant actively raiding outside of an authorized raid period.
Raider Incarceration · Applies to Raiders
Raider terminating a Cuffed individual.
Raider engaging in spawn killing.
Raider exploiting the game.

Demotions, blacklists, and administrative restrictions
Non-judicial sanctions are applied by Command (Officer, Military High Command, CG, RI). A Disciplinary Report with evidence must be submitted to CG Officer in all cases.

How to contest a sanction or report a CG abuse
Contact a Coruscant Guard HICOM or Overseer if the offender is the CO
Provide evidence: screenshots, video recordings, chat logs, or witnesses. Without evidence, the case will be closed without follow-up.
Coruscant Guard HICOM or Overseer reviews the case and delivers a verdict within a reasonable timeframe. Both parties are heard.
The decision is final except for an exceptional appeal addressed to the Republican High Command for cases involving serious abuse of authority.
Failure to report an offender may be considered complicity, and may result in disciplinary action against the individual as well.
